Dixie Blackened Voodoo
From one of New Orleans’ oldest breweries comes this classic German-styled Schwarzbier (black lager).
Although the dark color is reminiscent of a porter, the light refreshing body reminds you that it is indeed a lager. Brewed with five different malts, it is aged just enough to give it smoothness with a mild roasty-bitterness in the finish.
Leave it to the Brits to mix banana and beer. And yet, who knew it would work so well?
