At Hickey’s Liquors, we regularly host tastings where people from Worcester County and beyond can sample the latest and greatest wines, beers, and spirits for free. However, none hold a candle to our annual Fall Grand Tasting event! Right around the start of November, this event with free wine, beer, and more is perfect for some early holiday cheer and to find the perfect gifts and drinks for your next party, dinner, or Christmas presents.
What to Expect at Our Fall Grand Tasting Event
While this event changes from year to year (check our Facebook Page for the latest details), you can expect free tastings of:
- Many Wines from All Regions: We offer complimentary wine tastings from around the world, featuring domestic US wines as well as those from France, Italy, and beyond. This is often the main event, with 25 to 40+ wines to sample.
- Craft Beer and Ciders: Beyond wine, we offer both craft beer and hard ciders for sampling, featuring regional treats and holiday specialties, perfect for planning your next gathering.
- Ready to Drink Options: We also offer Ready to Drink or “RTD” options, such as canned cocktails, hard seltzers and pops, and alcoholic juices and teas to make perfect gifts.
Where and When is the Fall Grand Tasting?
We host this event in-house at our store in Milford, MA. Not only does it have the space for such a large event, but it also features our massive selection of regional and international wines, craft beers, RTDs, and spirits, all ready for purchase. The address (and link to Google Maps) is below:

The event occurs each year on a Saturday at the end of October to early November, with the most common time being the first Saturday of November. We’ll update our exact time on our Facebook page, including what to expect this year. You can also give us a call at 508-634-3405 for details.
